Mail-in Ballots for November 2020 election

All ballots for the November 3, 2020 General Election have been mailed to those who submitted an application through Saturday, October 10.

It is STRONGLY recommended that your completed ballots be dropped off in the Official Drop Box at the Myron E. Richardson Building, 307 Main St. in the Gilbertville section of town OR mailing through the Gilbertville Post Office in the "local" slot inside the building.

Ballots mailed from the Hardwick and Wheelwright post offices will have ballots sent to Hartford, CT then to Springfield, MA, then back to the Gilbertville post office.  A time frame that could be up to one week from mailing.

The Official Drop Box will be monitored and emptied each business day and tracking information should be available later in the evening.

Please DO NOT CALL the Town Clerk unless it has been more than 2 business days since you dropped your ballot off at the Official Drop Box and the Track My Ballot website isn’t updated.  Most times it is merely a system update waiting to happen.

If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Town Clerk, Ryan J. Witkos at 413-477-6700 or clerk@townofhardwick.com  The email and phone messages are monitored outside of normal office hours.
